Day 1 Airport pick up to hotel

Depending on the time of arrival you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight.
Meal plan; Breakfast
Accommodation; Bushpig or Fairway hotel.

Day 2 Kampala City Tour

Wake up to a relaxed breakfast and later you will be picked up by our guides to take you around the city’s historical places, markets and taxi parks. This will be a walk around the city through these areas. Later return to the accommodation as previous night.

Day 3 Transfer to Jinja

Start up the day to go past the city traffic and take a 1-2 hours drive to the adrenaline city of Uganda. Jinja is well known as the adventure city. Once in this city, you will go for rafting and later visit the source of the Nile as the sun sets.

Day 4 Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After breakfast drive through the city of Jinja. There after drive towards the sanctuary, drive of about 4-5hours. While at the sanctuary we shall have a night nature walk within the sanctuary prior to the day’s retirement. The night will be spent in the wilderness of the rhinos.

Accommodation: Ziwa Rhino lodge.

Day 5 Transfer to Murchison Falls National park.

A day to visit the largest national park of Uganda to look out for the other big four animals. However, once in the park we shall head into Budongo Forest in search of the chimpanzees. Remember these are man’s closest relatives. Once you meet them, young will spend an hour with them taking pictures and watching them eat or do anything. This is a nature trek through the forest with a guide in search of these primates which gives you an opportunity to know more about the trees and the forest at large. Later drive to the top of the falls for a hike which is the park’s highlight.

Day 6 Morning Game drive and Boat cruise to the bottom of the falls

It’s an early start of the day by 6am. There’s need to move out prior to sunrise so as to find some of the animals active like the lions and leopards plus hyenas. This will be coupled with sightings of other mammals like giraffes, buffaloes, elephants and many antelopes plus different bird species. This drive takes 3-4hours and later go for lunch. After lunch drive to the docking point for a boat cruise to the bottom of the falls and sighting of aquatic wildlife like crocodiles and hippopotamus.
Overnight: Pakuba Safari lodge and meal plan as previous night

Day 7 Transfer to Entebbe

Relaxed breakfast and then check out of the lodge and drive through the park with the last sightings nearby and out of the park then direct to Entebbe for an overnight.

Day 8 Airport drop off

Depending on the flight schedule, it’s your day to relax off the safari fatigue and maybe last minute souvenir shopping prior to flight. Later be dropped off to the airport.
